Black Chad Games ("we," "us," or "our") operates Quick Draw: The Drop (the "Game"), a reaction-time duel game distributed through Facebook Instant Games and as a standalone web app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.
From the Facebook Instant Games platform (only when you play via Facebook): your Facebook player ID, display name, and profile photo URL. We receive these directly from Facebook's Instant Games SDK — we never see your Facebook password, email, or friends list beyond what the platform's contextual APIs (like challenge sharing and contextual leaderboards) expose.
Gameplay data: your reaction-time scores and a matchmaking skill rating. We use these to build "ghost" opponents — anonymized reaction-time profiles other players are matched against — and to power leaderboards.
Locally stored data: match history, stats, achievements, and loadout preferences are stored only on your device (local app storage) and are not transmitted to our servers, except for the reaction-time scores and skill rating described above.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, camera/photo library access, or payment information.
Ads in the Game are served through Facebook's own Instant Games advertising platform (interstitial ads shown between rounds). We do not integrate any third-party ad SDKs, and we do not use ad data for tracking outside of what Facebook's Instant Games platform itself handles.
Gameplay data described above is stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access is limited to what the Game's backend functions need to operate matchmaking and leaderboards.
We do not sell your information. We share information only with:
Your ghost profile (reaction-time scores and skill rating) is retained while you continue to play, so matchmaking stays accurate. Locally stored stats and achievements remain on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it.
You can request deletion of your data collected by the Game at any time:
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Facebook's own Instant Games platform requirements and age restrictions also apply.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
