These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quick Draw: The Drop (the "Game"), operated by Black Chad Games ("we," "us," or "our"). By playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
The Game is a free, skill-based reaction-time duel game distributed through Facebook Instant Games and as a standalone web app. Outcomes are determined entirely by player reaction time — the Game involves no chance-based wagering, gambling, or real-money betting of any kind.
You must be permitted to use Facebook Instant Games under Facebook's own Terms of Service and Platform Policies, which apply in addition to these Terms whenever you access the Game through Facebook.
When played via Facebook, the Game runs inside the Facebook Instant Games platform. Facebook's own terms, policies, and age requirements govern your Facebook account and your relationship with Facebook independently of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts found violating these rules.
Achievements, stats, ranks, and leaderboard positions have no cash or real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and exist solely for in-game recognition. They may be reset, adjusted, or removed at our discretion (for example, to correct an exploit or matchmaking error).
The Game may display interstitial ads served through Facebook's own Instant Games advertising platform between rounds. We do not control ad content, which is subject to Facebook's advertising policies.
The Game, including its design, artwork, code, and branding, is owned by Black Chad Games and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Chad Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other players or the Game.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
